The roots of the Jacks Griffith Luciano law firm run as deep as the nearby Mississippi River itself. Founding partner, Gerald H. Jacks (1944-2018), was born in Cleveland, Mississippi in 1944 and returned to Cleveland in 1969 to begin his law practice. Gerald eventually began his own firm in 1984, laying the groundwork for the Jacks Griffith Luciano firm that exists today. Gerald passed away in 2018 after a brief illness, however, his legacy continues in the current partners Arnold Luciano, Mary McKay Griffith, and Danny Griffith.
Arnold Luciano, a Mississippi Delta native, joined the firm in 1999, followed by Mary McKay Griffith in 2005. Mary McKay spent her early years in Cleveland and then returned home as an adult to raise a family. Danny Griffith joined the firm in 2016 after years of law practice in Cleveland.
Arnold, Mary McKay, and Danny strive to give each client the very best representation. They are aided in this endeavor by associates, Chris Bailey and Katie Portner, along with staff members Carolyn Burke, Charlotte Knight, Melissa Lott, Meredith Powell, Melanie Hankins, Vicky Smith, and Nina Melton.
