Jessica Malone joined the firm as a partner in 2025. She has been a member of the Mississippi Bar since 2008 and was a 2008 cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Mississippi, the Southern District of Mississippi, the Northern District of Mississippi, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jessica was a former partner of Allen, Allen, Breeland and Allen of Brookhaven, Mississippi, and was the first (and only) woman to make partner in that firm’s seventy-year history. She has served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Twelfth Judicial District of Mississippi and as a Special Assistant Attorney General to Attorney General Lynn Fitch. Jessica clerked at the Mississippi Supreme Court for Presiding Justice George C. Carlson and Presiding Justice James W. “Jim” Kitchens and at the federal level for U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael T. Parker.

While in law school, Jessica was elected to Honor Council, served as Honor Council Chair her third year, and clerked for the National Center for Justice and the Rule of Law, the National District Attorneys Association in Alexandria, Virginia, and the Office of the District Attorney for the First Judicial District of Mississippi.

Jessica is a South Mississippi native and lives in Columbia, Mississippi, with her daughter, Lila.
