The roots of the Jacks Griffith Luciano law firm run as deep as the nearby Mississippi River itself. Founding partner, Gerald Jacks, was born in Cleveland, Mississippi in 1944. He returned to Cleveland in 1969 to begin his law practice. Gerald eventually began his own firm in 1984, laying the groundwork for the Jacks Luciano firm that exists today;
In 1999, Mississippi Delta native Arnold Luciano joined the firm eventually being named partner in 2006. Gerald Jacks' daughter-in-law Jamie Jacks joined the firm in 2005, and became a partner in 2013. Jamie has made her home in Cleveland since 1998.
Daniel "Danny" Griffith joined the firm in 2016. Danny brings to the table 25 years of litigation experience and a love for Cleveland, the town where he grew up and attended school at both Cleveland High and Delta State University.
