HOLLIE R. MOORE (hmoore@jlpalaw.com) joined Jacks Luciano, P.A. in May of 2014.  Prior to her association with the law firm, she clerked for Judge Gwendolyn J. Thomas and served as the CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Director for Bolivar County.  She has also worked in private practice in Bolivar County for over ten years.  She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1998 with the honor of being admitted to Phi Beta Kappa.  During college, she interned with Senator Richard C. Shelby.  She clerked for Judge Barbara N. Haynes and graduated in 2002 from Vanderbilt University Law School, working in private practice in Nashville before returning to her home state of Mississippi.

She is licensed to practice in all Mississippi Courts.  She is active in the Cleveland community, having served two years as Vice-President and currently serving as Treasurer of the Bolivar County Bar Association. She participated in the Leadership Bolivar County Class of the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce in 2010 and volunteered for Chamber of Commerce activities.  She has been active in the United Way and is a member of the Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland, Mississippi. She is a member of the Mississippi and Tennessee Bar Associations. 

Her primary practice areas are estates, child custody, divorce, conservatorship, guardian ad litem work, social security disability, and personal injury representation.
